PS: Have you noticed the video version of this weekly message? It's posted on Mondays on the DIY site and on Facebook. Let me know what you think, OK? Thanks!
Did you know that it takes an average of 23 minutes to regain your focus after an interruption? This attention drop is often called a “switching tax.” And this is why many of our work tasks take so dang long--we're paying that switching tax over and over again.
That switching tax looks like:
increased time and energy spent on tasks
confusion and cognitive overload that can be exhausting and discouraging
increased errors and lower overall quality of work
The good news is that even though interruptions and distractions are inevitable, there is one perfect strategy for minimizing their effects: batching.
And when you apply this strategy to Canva, suddenly you're spending less time and getting better results.
For example, when you batch-create social images in Canva, you can expect to:
save time & effort
reduce cognitive overload
increase productivity & focus
generate higher quality of work
help maintain brand consistency
Why? Batching helps you work more efficiently because your brain takes needs recovery time when you switch between different tasks. And this can be a huge issue with a tool like Canva.
In this month's Do-With-Me Demo on Tuesday, I'll give you 3 tips for batch-creating in Canva. Plus I will show you how to set up an efficient system for keeping track of all your images, documents, videos, and other assets in Canva.
If you want to see how to increase your efficiency, productivity, and brand consistency when you work in Canva, you're gonna love this demo!
This live members-only experience will be recorded. But if you show up, you'll get to ask your questions and get my support. 👈
And YES, this live demo is INCLUDED with your membership. No extra charge. But no guests, please.

Now, after your one-hour class--and the Friday deadline--I actually wrote it down and even went through some of those notes while I did it. Wow. I can't believe I did it! Thanks so much, Ronnie. You're terrific!" ~Julie McDonald Zander, Chapters of Life Memory Books, www.chaptersoflife.com
