Each One Teach One Returns to Wednesday's Virtual Mastermind Meeting

Hey,

Remember our "each one teach one" (EOTO) segment in last March's Virtual Mastermind meeting? 👍 

We loved EOTO the first time we did it, and agreed to do it again in June. And hey, it's JUNE!

How Each One Teach One Works

Each member gets 60 seconds to show, explain, introduce or share a tip or resource. Which is plenty of time to share, but not so long that prep becomes a chore. 😓

We want to hear more than just a mention of your favorite tool, app or website. We want to SEE what you're talking about, so give us a quick demo or a peek at an image or website.

Guidelines

First, there must be a live demo or visual to go with the suggested resource. We'll use Zoom's screenshare for this. Second, be sure to post the link to the resource in the chat in the Zoom meeting so we all get it.

Example

Let's say that like me you are a huge fan of James Clear's 3-2-1 newsletter. When it's your turn, you post the link to the most recent newsletter in the chat (https://jamesclear.com/3-2-1/may-28-2020) . Then share your screen to show us the newsletter online.

Instead of just telling us that you like the newsletter, tell us what you like about it, showing us a recent edition. Like this:

The 3-2-1 Newsletter has 3 ideas from James Clear (author of Atomic Habits), plus 2 quotes from others, and 1 question to ponder. Some say it has “the most wisdom per word of any newsletter on the web.” What I like it that it is short, pithy, and always delivers value. Totally worth reading! Business Definitions

Marketing:
The art and science of attracting, acquiring, and retaining clients profitably. 
  • The purpose of marketing is revenue.
  • The process of marketing is relationships.
  • The practice of marketing focuses on market, message, and media.
  • The path of marketing is know, like, trust, try, buy, refer.
SoHo Business:
 A small office or home office-based business.

Micro Business: Usually a sole proprietor, freelancer, consultant or independent professional. Can be full- or part-time, working from home office, outside office, creative, loft, mobile, retail or manufacturing space.

Small Business: Less that 100 employees and/or $2 million in revenue per year.

Medium Business: More employees, and more revenue.

Big Business: I think we all know the answer to this one.
