I was just looking at another marketing training membersite (competitive research), and I saw something that SHOCKED me!
Actually, TWO somethings.
First, the monthly dues. The DIY Insider membership is only $10/month, which is on par with professional streaming services like Netflix. The program I saw charges $25/month--that's 2.5 times our dues!
Of course, I had to wonder...where was the value? What was I missing? As it turns out, not much. Because...
Second, DIY members enjoy full access to all marketing classes and tools presented as regular programming. Unlike this other site, which drips past content slowly, forcing members to wait for access.
Again, I wondered: In this modern day and age, why be greedy and stingy?
It doesn't make sense to me.
Other stuff about that site didn't make sense either (like why would members pay the same for private coaching as randos, er, non-members?).
But I digress. The purpose of today's message is to let you know that I am building a new membersite! Yay!
And in the process, I've noticed that some of our older videos are not getting much interest. So rather than drag the older videos to the new site (fingers crossed, coming in August!), I wanted to give you a heads up:
If you want to keep any of the pre-2017 content, now is the time to grab it.
You'll know it's older because there is a download link instead of a streaming video.
My plan is to present updated versions of the best of the pre-2017 content in the coming months. But there are other new and exciting classes to do first!
Like "How to Write a Press Release for Small Businesses" coming in June. And in July: "How to Use 'Shock & Awe' Boxes to Market Your Business." Boom!
So bottom line:
DIY Insider membership is a great deal, especially compared to similar-ish sites
New membersite coming in August
Now is a great time to explore the huge archive of content in our site

Hearing the same things in different ways allows the information to integrate more fully. After listening to you, I am ever more understanding of the dance between listening and sharing. Good gracious, I'd read quite a few marketing books and took notes, but then all I had was a computer file with a lot of notes. Now, after your one-hour class--and the Friday deadline--I actually wrote it down and even went through some of those notes while I did it. Wow. I can't believe I did it! Thanks so much, Ronnie. You're terrific!" ~Julie McDonald Zander, Chapters of Life Memory Books, www.chaptersoflife.com
